Attorney Shoham Joseph Solouki attained a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Information Systems from California State University Northridge. Mr. Solouki went on to receive a Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar the same year. In addition to being admitted to practice law in California, Mr. Solouki is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of International Trade.
Further, Mr. Solouki is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, and other legal organizations. Mr. Solouki's experience in the areas of Employment Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Estate Planning, Tax law, Business Law and Civil Litigation give him a unique set of skills to assist employees, famililes and small businesses.
Grant Joseph Savoy, Esq., J.D. - Partner
Mr. Savoy, a native to Los Angeles, graduated from California State University, Northridge with high academic honors. Mr. Savoy attended Southwestern Law School, where he was named to the Dean's List and graduated in the top of his class. Mr. Savoy has worked in both the private and government sectors, where he has gained invaluable experience and connections. While in Law School, he clerked at the Office of the Ventura County Public Defender, as well as the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. In the private sector, Mr. Savoy worked at the Law Offices of Bruce Margolin, a Criminal Defense Firm.
Most recently, Mr. Savoy worked as an attorney for the National Association for the Advancement of Multijurisdiction Practice, a Non-Profit Legal Organization focused on Civil Rights. His diverse legal background has given him a unique perspective on the law and the ability to analyze legal issues from all angles.
Lindsay V. Salk, Esq., M.A., J.D. - Partner
Attorney Lindsay V. Salk attained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy with a minor in Interdiciplinary Studies of Law and Society from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Salk went on to receive a Master of Arts Degree in Business Communications from the Annenberg School for Communications, University of Southern California. Ms. Salk subsequently recieved a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School where she served as the supervising student editor for the American Bar Association Journal of International Entertainment and Media Law. Ms Salk still sits on the editorial board of the Journal.
In addition to being admitted to practice law in California, Ms. Salk is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Salk has worked as an entertainment litigator at the Kernan Law Firm and served as a business affairs associate at Bedrocket Media, in Manhattan and NuMedia Studios in Hollywood. Ms. Salk currently focuses her practice on business litigation, entertainment and new media transactional clients, as well as providing accessable and focused general counsel services to startups and small businesses.
Dimitry Y. Krol, Esq., J.D. - Of Counsel
Mr. Krol graduated from University of California, Riverside where he was named on the Dean's List and graduated with a Bachelor of Science. Afterward, Mr. Krol attended Southwestern Law School, where he volunteered in the Immigration Law Clinic as well as the Student Bar Association.
Mr. Krol works primarily in Civil Litigation and Workers' Compensation Law. His experience ranges from complex asbestos litigation with Weitz & Luxenberg to Workers' Compensation Defense with some of the biggest firms in the country, such as Adelson, Testan, Brundo, and Jimenez and Bradford & Barthel, LLP. Utilizing his legal experience and ability to view a case through various legal principles, Mr. Krol tailors a custom fit approach for each of his clients, ensuring open communication, transparency, and a solid path to resolving the claim.
